Diana Revzin

Diana Revzin, Of-Counsel of the firm, is currently advising clients regarding bankruptcy problems, tax problems and debt negotiations. She is admitted to the bar of the State of New York as well as the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts.

Prior to her employment with the firm, Ms. Revzin spent three years as an attorney at a financial service company where she developed legal expertise through her involvement in numerous complex matters. She dealt with a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions involving corporate law, contract law and negotiation, computer and technology law, regulatory compliance, and employment law.

Ms. Revzin is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law where she received a Juris Doctor in May, 2006. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pace University in May, 2003, with honors.
